A few things
worth knowing.
How do I get my U.S. shipping address?
Create your SwiftLink customer account, then open Shipping addresses. Use your full name, the air receiving address at 3538 NW 116th Terrace, Coral Springs, Florida 33065, and your own full SLC customer code on Address Line 2.
How much does air freight cost?
Air freight starts at J$800 for 1 lb. Add J$400 for each additional pound. For example, 10 lb is J$4,400, 11 lb is J$4,800 and 12 lb is J$5,200. Fractional pounds use the next whole-pound bracket. Customs and any additional services are separate.
Can I ship by sea?
Yes. Contact SwiftLink for a sea freight quote, especially for shipments of 50 lb and over. Confirm the price and sea shipping instructions before placing your order.
Which customer code should I use?
Use your own full SwiftLink customer code, such as SLC0001, exactly as shown in your account. Each customer has a different code. Do not use another customer’s example code.
